Erik Mokvist

Erik Mokvist has a diverse background in operational strategies and cost reduction projects, working in various companies such as Axholmen, Nera Networks AS, Applied Value, and Flowserve Corporation. With a Master of Science degree in Mechatronics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Erik has undertaken cross-company operational development projects, managing manufacturing moves, and implementing cost reduction strategies for clients in a broad range of industries. In their current role as Partner and Principal at Axholmen, Erik continues to deliver successful projects focused on customer service transformations, centralization, outsourcing, and supplier base strategies.
