Ricky Pirtle began their work experience in 2012 as a General Support Technician at GlobalNOC, where they were responsible for monitoring and diagnosing problems in various networks. In 2014, they became the Lead General Support Technician at the same company, where they led a team and trained new technicians. In 2014, Ricky joined Axia Technology Partners as a Field Operations Engineer, handling hands-on installation and maintenance of network equipment. Ricky then took on the role of NOC Manager - Engineer at Axia Technology Partners and worked there until 2018. From 2016 to 2020, Ricky worked at Kerauno as the Lead Customer Care Engineer. Most recently, they are currently employed as a Senior Voice Engineer at Axia Technology Partners starting from 2020.

Ricky Pirtle pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology Security at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Ricky attended the university from 2009 to 2014, with their degree still in progress during that time.
