Dave Welch

David Welch, Ph.D., is a co-founder, member of the board of directors, former President and currently Chief Innovation Officer at Infinera Corporation, an optical transport networking company. He has made numerous contributions to the field of optical communication systems, including over 300 published technical articles and over 130 patents.
