Achim Arnold

Achim Arnold serves as a Partner at Evolution since July 2024 and co-leads the Leading Sustainable Organisations Programme at Henley Business School since May 2025. As a Research Council Member at FDC since June 2023, Achim provides strategic advice on engaging companies with ESG commitments and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Achim is the Founder and CEO of crunchpoints.co, established in March 2021, and curates the community platform crunchpoints.org. As Director of Client Engagement at twentyfifty ltd since April 2019, Achim focuses on client relations. Moreover, Achim operates independently in business development and sales and has founded a self-employed venture supporting various partnerships. Prior roles include Global Engagement Director at Axialent since April 2015 and interim Chief Commercial Officer for the Craigberoch Business Decelerator from November 2022 to November 2024. Achim holds degrees in Business Administration and Management, Organisational Behaviour, and Systemic Coaching.
