Carlos Agustin Moreno has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Carlos began their career in 1990 as an IT Project Manager at Grupo Buk, where they later served as the Global Business Development Manager and Deputy General Manager before becoming the CEO. At Grupo Buk, they were responsible for overseeing strategic and business aspects of the company and providing a vision for success.

Carlos then became the President of AEI Contract in 2005, where they led the Board and Executive Committee in carrying out governance functions and ensuring sound management of the organization.

In 2014, Carlos joined Axialent as a member of the Axialent Faculty Network, where they served as a Training Specialist, enhancing the competencies of individual employees through training programs aligned with the company's core values. Carlos later became a Global Client Advisor, responsible for developing and executing business development strategies in Spain and Latin American countries.

Carlos's experience at Axialent also included roles as Chief Engagement Officer, where they designed and executed client acquisition strategies, and as Managing Partner and Chief Growth Officer, where they set strategic goals, supervised daily activities, and drove business growth.

Carlos's earlier qualifications include studies in computer engineering at Seresco Formación from 1988 to 1990. Carlos also completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Oviedo, majoring in Industrial Engineering from 1984 to 1987. Carlos's foundational education includes a High School Diploma, which they earned from Colegio Inmaculada between 1977 and 1984.
