Irini Nikolaidou

Irini Nikolaidou, PGD, PCC, ACTC, ITCA, is a seasoned executive and team coach with extensive experience in coaching, mentorship, and leadership development across various organizations. Since October 2012, Irini has served as Managing Partner at Moving Minds Coaching, specializing in systemic coaching approaches to enhance performance, resilience, and leadership skills for executives and individuals. Currently, Irini also holds roles as a Systemic Team Coach with Collective Works Team Coaching and as an Executive Coach with multiple companies including bettercoach, CoachHub, Skillsoft, Axialent, and Coachello. In addition, Irini contributes actively to the ICF Greece chapter as President and Commissioner of Code of Ethics and Professional Standards, advocating for the advancement and sustainability of the coaching profession in Greece. A continuous learner, Irini has achieved numerous certifications in team coaching, business coaching, and advanced leadership techniques, supported by a solid educational background including a Postgraduate Diploma in International Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
