Raphael Louis Vitón

Raphael Louis Vitón is an experienced professional in leadership development and coaching, currently serving at Slalom since September 2021 in Global Leadership Development & BuildU. Vitón has been involved with Stagen’s Integral Leadership Academy, Unbeatable Mind as a licensed professional coach, and axialent, leading multinational engagements in cultural intelligence and global transformation since 2014. Also since 2014, Vitón holds the position of USA Managing Partner at Human Synergistics, focusing on cultural intelligence and executive coaching. Additional roles include Global Team Associate at Complex Adaptive Leadership Ltd and managing pro bono engagements through RAFFVITON.COM. With a rich academic background, including an MBA from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, Vitón has contributed to CEDIM Mexico as a professor and co-facilitated programs on diversity and inclusion at The Center for Workforce Excellence until 2021. Past experience includes serving as Business Transformation Lead at XPM Group.
