Timothy Altaffer

Timothy Altaffer, PCC, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Efficax, LLC, a senior-level Executive Coaching and Consulting firm established in October 2016, which aids organizations in navigating complex business environments. Timothy serves as a Senior Executive Coach with John Mattone Global, Inc., and CoachSource LLC, and is a Leadership Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership. With extensive experience in organizational consulting and leadership development, Timothy has also held roles as an Associate Partner with Axialent and Senior Partner at KC&D. Additionally, Timothy contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership Development and Marketing at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and has previously taught at ESPM.
