Mauricio has built a legacy of success at Bacardi with a career that has spanned leadership roles across the globe from Mexico City to Miami to London to Sydney and Bermuda. In 2020, Mauricio brought his spark of magic to take ultra-premium PATRÓN® tequila, which has already taken the U.S. by storm, to international expansion.

Most recently, Mauricio served as Managing Director for Bacardi-Martini Australia and New Zealand and, for the past year, wore two hats leading the international integration of PATRÓN® and setting the foundation to accelerate Patron International expansion and growth. Prior to this, Mauricio deftly managed our commercial businesses in Latin America and the U.S. and led two of our biggest brands, BACARDÍ® and GREY GOOSE®.

He joined Bacardi in 2013 as Vice President, Global Commercial and Customer Marketing, and has since served in leadership positions across marketing, commercial and general management.

Prior to Bacardi, Mauricio held various global and regional marketing roles at Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, SAB Miller and Brown-Forman.

Mauricio is now based at our global headquarters in Bermuda. He also spends time at the PATRÓN headquarters in Switzerland, where the snow-capped peaks are an interesting change in scenery from the stunning, sandy beaches of Bermuda.

With 30 years of supply chain and strategic sourcing experience, Dave leads the field to bottle journey of every drink in our extensive portfolio of iconic brands.

As Chief Supply Chain Officer, Dave’s responsibilities cover the full value chain across the globe including sustainable sourcing, manufacturing, planning, and logistics. Ultimately, his priority is delivering great service to our customers and drinks of exceptional quality and taste to our consumers.

Dave’s truly global perspective comes from his years at Unilever, where he worked in locations around the world – including Singapore, the Netherlands, Shanghai, Mexico, and the United Kingdom – while leading the company’s supply chain and procurement at a local, regional, and global level.

Based in Geneva, Dave is fluent in English and Spanish and proudly leads our efforts to deliver a more sustainable future as we continuously strive to do the right thing for the planet.

Facundo L. Bacardi has been Chairman of the Board of Bacardi Limited since 2005 and a director since 1993. He is the great-great grandson of Company founder Don Facundo Bacardí Massó and a fifth-generation family member.

Facundo is the Managing Director of Apache Capital LLC, an investment company based in Coral Gables, Florida, that invests in a broad, diversified class of public and private assets. Facundo serves on the advisory board of [Noro-Moseley Partners](/org/noro-moseley-partners) and the board of trustees of [Emory University](/org/emory-university). He also serves as the Executive Director of the Facundo and Amalia Bacardi Foundation.

Facundo holds a J.D. from [Emory University](/org/emory-university) Law School and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from [American University](/org/american-university).

A member of the Global Leadership Team since 2021, Kerry is the expert on standardizing processes, management reporting, and establishing metrics for global performance. From building analytical tools and frameworks, to understanding drivers of business performance, to driving year-end results, Kerry helps ensure dynamic resource allocation to support long-term investments. These days, she is also busy capturing pricing and other revenue growth opportunities. A specialist at bringing people together, she was integral in the integration of Patrón Spirits International following the 2018 acquisition of the company. Her earlier days at [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) were dedicated to building the foundation for shared services, which she continues to oversee, with the aim for always improving productivity while delivering top-notch service.

Oksana Pevtsova is responsible for commercial operations in Eastern Europe.

Oksana joined [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) in 2007 as Finance Director for Russia and was appointed to the role of Country Manager for Ukraine in October 2011. During her tenure, the Ukraine business grew significantly despite the socio-political difficulties the market was experiencing.

In April 2015, she was appointed Managing Director for Russia and in March 2017 she was promoted to VP & Managing Director for Eastern Europe. Prior to her roles at [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), Ms. Pevtsova held various finance roles at Moneks, Nestle Waters, and [Unilever](/org/unilever).

Ms. Pevtsova is based in Moscow, Russia.

Mahesh Madhavan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) Limited and was elected a Director by the Board in September 2017.

A more than 20-year veteran of [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), Mr. Madhavan most recently led Europe for [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) as its Regional President where he was responsible for commercial operations. During his tenure with [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), he has held leading roles within various emerging markets including Regional President of Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA), Managing Director of India, Managing Director for Thailand and the Philippines, and Managing Director of South Asia and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Madhavan is based at the global headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda.

Francis Debeuckelaere is responsible for commercial operations in Europe.

Prior to this regional appointment in 2017, Mr. Debeuckelaere was VP & Managing Director for Northern Europe for [Bacardi](/org/bacardi).

In a career with [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) spanning nearly 25 years, Mr. Debeuckelaere has led several European markets to great success. Under his leadership, the size of [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) in Belgium more than doubled, going from the #3 spirits company to #1. Similarly, [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) in the Netherlands went from #3 in the market to currently #1. And, after he helped establish the company in Switzerland in 2004, [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) grew into the country’s #3 spirits company. Before joining [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), Mr. Debeuckelaere held marketing positions with [Nestlé](/org/nestle) and brewer Alken-Maes.

During his tenure at [Unilever](/org/unilever), Latham, 47, served in a variety of senior finance roles, most recently serving as Executive Vice President Finance – Group Performance Management, with global responsibility for leading operational finance across [Unilever](/org/unilever)’s three divisions and eight regions. He originally joined [Unilever](/org/unilever) in 2011 as the VP Finance – North Asia, based in Shanghai. Prior to joining [Unilever](/org/unilever), Latham worked for [Danone](/org/danone) where he was the global CFO for their Medical Nutrition division as well as regional finance lead based in Bangkok. Before that, at SC Johnson, Latham served in both country and regional finance roles based in Australia and Indonesia

Scott Northcutt is responsible for all aspects of employee career development, employee benefits, succession planning, as well as management and organization development.

He joined [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) in August 2009 with more than 20 years of experience in the international human resources field, having held key leadership positions in several global companies.

Prior to [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), Mr. Northcutt served as Global Executive Vice President of Human Resources for DHL Express with the responsibility of motivating, retaining and rewarding the performance of 150,000 employees. During his tenure, DHL was recognized around the world as an “Employer of Choice” and as a “Best Place to Work.”

Mr. Northcutt is based in the global headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda.

With 25 years of experience in the legal game, Todd is the guy you want on your team. A veteran in the beverage business, he’s in charge of protecting the interests of Bacardi while growing our already famous family of brands.

Todd joined Bacardi in 2020 to lead global legal and external affairs, following an 18-year stint at the Coca-Cola Company. We can’t think of a more winning combination for a drink or a career choice.

Todd comes armed with business and legal expertise in pretty much every aspect of corporate governance and commercial law. He brings a truly global perspective to Bacardi with international, regional, and country-level experience through roles supporting markets as diverse as London, Tokyo, Shanghai, Atlanta, and Africa.

A valuable addition to the people-first culture we enjoy at Bacardi, Todd is passionate about developing teams and inspiring in his commitment to being a positive and purposeful business leader and partner.

Pete Carr is responsible for commercial operations in North America.

Mr. Carr has worked in the spirits, wine, beer and non-alcohol beverage industry for nearly 28 years.

Prior to joining [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) in September 2014, Mr. Carr was most recently Executive Vice President for privately held Glazer’s Distributors, one of the country’s largest distributors of wine, spirits and malt beverages. Prior to joining Glazer’s, Mr. Carr held various senior management roles with [Diageo](/org/diageo) including President of U.S. Spirits, President of Sales for [Diageo](/org/diageo)-Guinness USA, and President of Control States.

Ignacio del Valle is responsible for commercial operations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

A 21-year veteran of [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), del Valle has worked his entire [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) career in Latin America & Caribbean across different markets and functions. For more than 15 years he has served on the regional leadership team in commercial and production roles including Country Manager for Central America and Managing Director for South America. He most recently led Caricamar which includes the Caribbean, Central America, and the Andean countries of Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela.

Vijay S. Subramaniam is responsible for commercial operations in the Asia, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) region for the company’s portfolio of premium spirits.

With [Bacardi](/org/bacardi) since 2013, Subramaniam served as Managing Director of India, and most recently expanded his role to lead the Middle East. Before joining [Bacardi](/org/bacardi), he spent 12 years in various general management roles within AMEA working in diverse, multi-cultural environments.

Mr. Subramaniam will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), pending immigration approvals.
