Morgan Hawkins has extensive work experience in compliance and privacy roles within the healthcare industry. Morgan is currently employed by Wayspring as the Sr. Director of Compliance & Privacy. Prior to this role, they worked at Diversicare Healthcare Services Inc. as the Sr. Director of Compliance for five years. Morgan also held the position of Corporate Compliance Manager at Community Health Systems and Privacy Compliance Analyst at LifePoint Health. Earlier in their career, they served as a Credentialing Coordinator at SpecialtyCare and a Case Review Coordinator at CVS Health.

Morgan Hawkins holds a Master of Science in Administration (MSA) with a focus in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physiology from Michigan State University.
