Joseph Accardo (JF)

Joseph (JF) Accardo has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as Technology Manager at Axiall Corporation since 1987, where responsibilities include strategic planning, process selection, and raw material management. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of General Manager at Triad Chemical, leading the company to achieve a zero injury incident rate in the ammonia/urea fertilizer manufacturing sector, and was Plant Manager for joint ventures at Melamine Chemical from 1972 to 1986. Joseph began their career at E. I. DuPont DeNemours, progressing from Technical Engineer to Production Supervisor, where involvement in process development and plant startup spanned various product lines. Educational credentials include a BS in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University and further executive education from Harvard Business School.
