Christian Österle

Christian Gutierrez is a seasoned professional in capital markets with over a decade of experience at Karlin Real Estate, where Christian has served as Head of Capital Markets since January 2012. Prior to this role, Christian was an Associate at Karlin Real Estate and held the position of Senior Analyst at The Abbey Company from September 2006 to December 2011. Christian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University, completed in 2006, and is a graduate of Loyola Academy, where education was completed from 1998 to 2002.
