Clea La Rosa has worked in various roles in the marketing and customer experience fields since 2011. Clea began their career as a Marketing and Communication Intern at Pariani S.r.l. in 2011, followed by a Client Services Internship at RAI Corp. that same year. In 2012, they completed two internships at Iveco, one as a Market Analyst at International Operation - Business Development and another as a Business Development Intern for the Africa, Middle East, and China markets. In 2013, they co-founded Tourishop and was also a Market Analyst Specialist - Marketing Planning and Customer Journey Manager Lancia at FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Since 2019, they have been the Head of Strategic Marketing at Axieme.
Clea La Rosa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Università di Trento between 2004 and 2008. Clea then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing Mangement at Università Bocconi between 2008 and 2011. In 2018, they completed a Master in Growth Hacking Marketing from Talent Garden Innovation School. Clea is currently enrolled in Scuola Holden for a course in Pubblicità.
