Heather Nemeth

Heather Nemeth has worked in the GIS Systems field since 2006. Heather began their career at Zimmerman Marine, Inc. as a Systems Administrator/Billing Administrator, where they provided technical support to a staff of approximately 50 employees and performed maintenance on computers and servers as needed. In 2011, they moved to ECPI University as an IT Specialist, where they responded to helpdesk tickets via online ticketing system, troubleshot hardware and software issues, and repaired equipment as needed. In 2012, they joined BlueForce LLC as a GIS Systems Administrator, where they maintained Geobase system software updates, maintained Microsoft Server 2003 and Microsoft Server 2008 32bit and 64bit system security patch levels, and installed and replaced server hardware as necessary. In 2014, they moved to Infinite Technologies, Inc. as a Sr. GIS Systems Administrator / HQ AMC. In 2019, they joined both Axim Geospatial and Geographic Information Services, Inc. (GISinc) as a Sr. GIS Systems Manager / HQ AMC and Sr. GIS Systems Administrator / HQ AMC respectively.

Heather Nemeth obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration/IT Management from ECPI University in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Network Security from ECPI University in 2011. In addition, they obtained a Cloud Essentials certification from CompTIA in January 2013 and a Security+ certification from CompTIA in June 2011.
