Carlos Garcia Ramirez earned a Licenciatura in Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica, completing their studies from 1995 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Maestría in Gerencia de Proyectos from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018.
