Jeffry Araya has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Jeffry started their career at Convergys in 2015, where they worked as a PayPal SMB Payment Gateway Integrations Specialist, integrating PayPal's payment gateways on clients' websites. Jeffry excelled at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both business and customers.

In 2017, Jeffry joined Cheetah Digital, initially working as an Email Marketing Deployment Specialist. In this role, they built HTML email marketing campaigns using Cheetah's software, conducted quality assurance activities, and configured automation parameters for audience segmentation. Later, they were promoted to Implementation Senior Deployment Specialist, where they worked on implementing new clients on Cheetah Digital platforms, including high-profile brands such as Disney and Starbucks. Jeffry flawlessly executed, tested, and deployed email marketing campaigns.

In 2021, Jeffry joined SmileDirectClub as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. Here, they focused on developing, maintaining, and improving SSJS scripts, SQL queries, and AMPScript in emails, automations, and Journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Jeffry also contributed to the update and maintenance of the internal team processes and SFMC data architecture.

Currently, Jeffry works as a Salesforce Developer at Axim. Jeffry is a contractor for NuAge Experts, a leading Salesforce consulting partner. Jeffry'srole as a Salesforce Solutions Consultant involves building digital solutions to transform businesses' vision into results.

Jeffry Araya is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Science at Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica since 2018. Additionally, they have completed coursework in Computer Science through CS50. Jeffry has also engaged in learning opportunities through Trailhead by Salesforce.
