Pascal Massard

Pascal Massard has extensive experience in the refrigeration and climate control industry, currently serving as the Directeur commercial and Directeur Délégué Région Ouest-Centre at Axima Réfrigération France since November 2001. Responsibilities include the management and development of 20 agencies in the region, ensuring the implementation of corporate strategies, and overseeing national transversal missions. Previously, Pascal held various roles at Axima, including Directeur Région Ouest, where there was a focus on operational accounts and strategic development, and Directeur commercial adjoint, tasked with establishing industrial and agro-food expertise. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur at MC International for the Rhône Alpes region, where the workforce increased from 16 to 23 employees while specializing in wine refrigeration, agro-food, and GMS. Pascal holds a BTS in Froid et Climatisation from La Fontaine des Eaux, obtained between 1986 and 1988.
