Rekha Arun

Rekha Arun has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial industry. Rekha started their career at American Express in 2001 as a Senior Team Member in Collections. Rekha then worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Senior Collections Manager from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they joined RBS as a Center Manager, where they managed a team of non-full-time employees and external agencies. In 2013, Rekha became an Assistant Vice President at RBL Bank, where they led the collection process for the Karnataka region. Rekha joined Lakshmi Vilas Bank in 2016 as the Collections Head, overseeing the implementation of a collection process nationwide. Currently, Rekha is the Senior Vice President at axio, where they conduct analysis and monitoring of digital loan performance metrics and leads a team of managers and team leaders.

Rekha Arun completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Vijaya College, Bangalore in 1995. Rekha has also obtained additional certifications in General Management Program from ISB Hyderabad in 2013, AMFI Mutual Fund advisors Module version from AMFI Mutual Fund in 2006, and self-certification into AML.
