Cathy Adolph has a diverse work experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Cathy started their career in 2004 as the Owner/Operator of Cathy Adolph Nutrition, where they provided custom nutrition plans and lectured to local marathon and triathlon groups. Cathy then joined East Bank Club as a Marathon Coach and later became the Fitness & Wellness Manager, overseeing various departments and creating successful monthly programs. In 2012, Cathy joined Idaho Athletic Club as the Director of Wellness and Education, where they developed wellness programs and facilitated workshops. Cathy is currently the Wellness Director & Personal Trainer at Axiom Fitness.

Cathy Adolph has a strong educational background in the field of science and nutrition. Cathy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington in 1997. Following that, they pursued further education at Marian University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Verification Statement in Human Nutrition & Dietetics.

In addition to their formal education, Cathy has also obtained several certifications related to health, fitness, and coaching. Cathy became CPR & AED certified in November 2014 through the International CPR Institute, Inc. Furthermore, they have certifications as a Health and Fitness Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as being Power Plate Level 2 Certified and TRX Certified through the Power Plate Academy and TRX - Fitness Anywhere, respectively. Lastly, they received certification as a Track & Field Level 1 Certified Coach from USA Track & Field.
