Adam Smith is currently the General Manager at Axiom Hospitality. Previously, Adam held management positions at Village Hotels, Hilton London Canary Wharf, Hilton Cardiff, and Marriott International. With a background in operations, Adam successfully led teams to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets. Adam also has experience as a Front Office Manager and Food and Beverage Manager. Adam started their career as a Graduate Manager at Marriott St. Pierre Hotel & Country Club after graduating from Swansea University.
