Daniel Garton is an experienced professional in human resource management and organizational development, currently serving as the Cluster People and Culture Manager at Axiom Hospitality since December 2023, overseeing voco - Edinburgh Royal Terrace Hotel and The Bruntsfield Hotel. Prior roles include Organizational Development Manager and HR Business Partner at Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association Ltd from January 2020 to December 2023, as well as Group Talent Development Manager at JA Resorts & Hotels from September 2017 to July 2019. Daniel has also held HR Business Partner positions at Alyahya Global and HR Manager at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, showcasing a diverse background in HR within the hospitality and housing sectors. Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Psychology, both from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
