Cynthia Schaffer

Cynthia Schaffer, J.D. possesses extensive experience in contract law, particularly within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a contract lawyer at Axiom since January 2022, Cynthia specializes in crafting and negotiating various agreements, including Master Service Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements for R&D departments in Big Pharma. Previously, as a Senior Contracts Manager at Rigel Pharmaceuticals from November 2020 to October 2021, Cynthia oversaw the negotiation and management of high-volume contracts.
