Doris Fournier

Doris Fournier has extensive work experience in talent management and legal recruiting. Doris started their career as a Senior Research Analyst at Thomson CompuMark in 1999 and worked there until 2004. Doris then worked as a Law Clerk at MINTZ, LEVIN, COHN, FERRIS, GLOVSKY AND POPEO LLP from 2003 to 2004. Doris subsequently joined Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. as an Associate, where they worked from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they became an Attorney at Witmer Karp Warner & Ryan LLP, and stayed there until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Litigation and Patent Practice Manager at Proskauer Rose LLP, where they managed training, development, and morale initiatives. Doris then joined Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP as the Manager of Legal Recruiting from 2016 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been working at Axiom, where they have held various roles including Attorney Talent Manager, Senior Manager of Lawyer Talent, and most recently, Director of Talent Success.

Doris Fournier holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New England Law | Boston. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and English from the University of New Hampshire. Their education background started at Lynnfield High School.
