Dr. Stefanie Gosen

Dr. Stefanie Gosen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Manager, HR Business Partner & Operations for Europe at Axiom, with responsibilities spanning Continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Gosen also holds the position of Compliance Officer for Switzerland and Germany. Previously, Gosen worked at Orbium, a part of Accenture Wealth Management, in various roles including HR Business Partner and Compliance Officer for the same regions, as well as HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor for Germany. Gosen began a career in HR with Hager Unternehmensberatung GmbH as a Consultant. Educationally, Gosen earned a PhD in Social Psychology from The Philipp University of Marburg, holds a diploma in Social Science from Justus Liebig University Giessen, and studied Political Psychology as a visiting scholar at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Additionally, Gosen obtained a certification as a Personnel Assistant from the Schweizerischer Trägerverein für Berufs- und höhere Fachprüfungen in Human Resources.
