Doug Adlam

Doug Adlam has a diverse work experience in various industries. Doug is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Growth at Axiom Mortgage Solutions, where they identify growth opportunities and develops strategic plans. Doug also works as a Mortgage Broker, assisting clients with mortgage options and negotiating terms on their behalf.

Doug co-founded Gambit Wealth, a financial service offering tailored wealth management solutions, where they provided strategic direction and identified new business opportunities. Doug also co-founded Finmo, an enterprise SaaS solution for mortgage brokers, playing a key role in product development, support, and sales.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Doug has worked as a Professor at the University of Guelph, teaching various business courses. Doug also has experience in market research, as an Analyst at Advanis, and in project management as a Senior National Program Coordinator at Match Marketing Group.

Doug is an active member of Entrepreneurs' Organization, participating in collaborative learning experiences and previously serving as Strategic Alliance Partner Chair for the Southwestern Ontario chapter. Doug has also been involved in officiating hockey games in various leagues, prioritizing fair play and player safety.

Doug Adlam obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph in 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing & Consumer Studies, also at the University of Guelph, which they completed in 2006.
