Stephen Barrett has extensive experience in IT recruitment, working with various companies in the industry. Stephen started their career as an Inside Sales Representative at Charlotte Bobcats in 2011 before transitioning to IT recruitment roles. Stephen has worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Axiom Path since 2021, where they focus on staffing and advisory services. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Technical Recruiter at HAN IT Staffing, Zar Technology Services, Matlen Silver, Comcast, TEEMA Solutions Group Inc, Beacon Hill Staffing Group, DISYS, and MISource. Throughout their career, Stephen has been responsible for candidate sourcing, interviewing, screening, reference checking, placing, and onboarding candidates for various companies and industries. Stephen has successfully placed candidates for roles such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, Hadoop Developers, Automation & Manual Quality Assurance Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Android & iOS Developers, and Accountants. Stephen Barrett earned their Associate's Degree in Business from Raritan Valley Community College from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration from the University of Louisville, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010.
