Andrew C. Hernandez III

Andrew C. Hernandez III is currently employed as an ECLSS Thermal Engineer at Axiom Space since November 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Physics Teacher at Spring High School from August 2021 to November 2021 and held the position of Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams from July 2019 to August 2021. Andrew's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Tyler, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston. Notably, during the tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Texas at Tyler, Andrew was recommended to design, test, and troubleshoot innovative VRF HVAC systems, highlighting a strong focus on mechanical engineering applications and data acquisition techniques.
