Jorge Forgues

Jorge Forgues is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Axiom Space since August 2021, and previously served as a Design Engineer at Belcan from January 2020 to July 2021. At Belcan, Jorge Forgues was responsible for interpreting design specifications and creating detailed 3D digital models using SOLIDWORKS, alongside developing engineering documentation. As a Structural Design Engineer Co-op, Jorge Forgues contributed to Boeing's 747-8 Commercial Derivative by modeling detail parts in CATIA and collaborating with various teams to ensure design quality. Jorge Forgues holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completed in 2020.
