Director Of Mission Integration at Axiom Space

Randy Hubbard has a diverse and extensive work experience. Randy is currently serving as the Director of Mission Integration at Axiom Space since May 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at MRI as a Test Engineer from December 2017 until April 2020, where they led testing for the International Space Station's next generation Fluid Pumping Unit (FPU). From March 2012 to December 2017, Randy served as a Senior SCAI Consultant at SIS-TECH. Before that, they were a Systems Engineering Supervisor at Booz Allen Hamilton from March 2004 to March 2012, leading a team of system engineers providing technical support for the International Space Station. Randy's earlier experience includes working as a Thermal Control Systems Flight Controller at United Space Alliance from February 1999 to March 2004, where they had responsibilities related to the International Space Station's thermal control systems. Prior to that, they served in the US Navy Nuclear Power Program as a Nuclear Reactor Operator/Electronic Technician from January 1990 to January 1999, where they instructed and certified reactor personnel and had responsibilities related to nuclear power generation.

Randy Hubbard's education history includes the completion of the US Navy Nuclear Power Program from 1990 to 1999, where they did not obtain a specific degree or study a particular field. From 1995 to 1998, they attended The New School and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, Randy completed the US Naval Nuclear Power School from 1990 to 1992, where they received a qualification in Naval Nuclear Reactor Plant Operator and Electronic Technician.

In terms of certifications, Randy obtained the Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) in March 2011.
