Tracy Naylor, JD, has an extensive work experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, and business development. Tracy is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Axiom Space, where they oversee global initiatives for growth and innovation. Prior to this, Tracy held the roles of Senior Director of Corporate Development and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Axiom Space, where they were responsible for deal evaluation, merger and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and international government strategies.
Before joining Axiom Space, Tracy worked at TC Energy as a Senior Business Development Lead, where they focused on downstream and terminals crude oil business. Tracy also served as a Senior Commercial Manager for US assets, maximizing overall value and performance. At PAS, Tracy worked as the Director of Global Corporate Administration, overseeing corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and contract negotiations.
Tracy also gained valuable experience at Shell as a Commercial Advisor/Manager and Global Change Manager. Throughout their career, they have held various marketing positions in industries such as software, finance, healthcare, and transportation. Tracy has a diverse skill set, including market development, business strategy, innovation, partnership management, and change management. Tracy has worked in organizations of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations. Additionally, Tracy is a published author and artist.
Tracy Naylor, JD has a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. Tracy also participated in the Legal Study Abroad Program at Charles University. Before attending law school, Tracy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Tracy has additional certifications including a Certified Mediator/Third Party Neutral from South Texas College of Law Houston, a Member Legal Honor Society from The International Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, a Professional Land Management Certification from the University of Houston, a Certified Change Management Professional from Prosci, and is currently pursuing an Econometric Certification from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Tracy has also earned a LEAN Practitioner II Certification from Shell and completed the United Way Nonprofit Board Leadership Program, Project Blueprint, from United Way Worldwide.
