James Stroo

James Stroo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare project management and claims processing. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at AXIOM Systems, Inc. since March 2015, James has provided EDI Enrollment Management Support for a Texas health plan and developed implementation plans for electronic enrollment. Additionally, James has been a Project Management Consultant at TEKsystems since June 2012, managing ICD-10 IT Remediation projects for St Luke’s Health System. Prior roles include Manager of Claims and Document Control at Molina Healthcare, where James successfully reduced a significant claims backlog, and Director of Health Plan Operations at Primary Health, overseeing multiple departments. James also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a B.S. in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
