Lee Polite

Lee Polite is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in chromatography and training. As the Founder and President of Axion Labs and Training Institute, Inc. since January 1999, Lee has led a laboratory specializing in gas and liquid chromatography (GC and HPLC), training over 14,000 professionals from major pharmaceutical, chemical, and petroleum companies, as well as numerous government laboratories. Lee also serves as a Chromatography Subject Matter Expert Trainer at Axion Analytical Labs, Inc., and previously held the position of Technology and Financial Manager and Research Scientist/Lab Manager at BP Amoco from February 1989 to January 1998. Lee holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, along with a BA in Chemistry from DePauw University.
