Leon Yin

Leon Yin has over 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry. In 2009, they began their career as a research assistant at the Institute of Neuroscience (ION) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Shanghai. In 2010, they became a lab coordinator at HY Biomed Labs LLC, responsible for recording cardiac action potential, equipment installation, maintenance and repair, and training of new employees. From 2011 to 2015, Leon worked at DL Naturegene Life Sciences, Inc, first as a Marketing Manager and then as a Sales Manager and Product Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for product marketing and sales of multi-channel recording systems, as well as installation, instrument fault detection and parts replacement. In 2015, Leon moved to Harvard Bioscience as the Asia Channel Manager. Most recently, they have been working as the Technical Sales and Support Manager for APAC at Axion BioSystems since 2020.

Leon Yin earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) from Liaoning Normal University in 2005, majoring in Biotechnology. Leon then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Neuroscience from East China Normal University, which they completed in 2009.
