Darlene Czaja, GBA, CEBS, CHSP

Darlene Czaja has extensive work experience in the benefits administration field. Darlene has worked at multiple employers throughout their career.

Darlene started their career at PC Quote in 1988, where they held the position of Director of HR for ten years.

In 1998, they joined Axion RMS, Ltd. and held various roles within the company. Darlene started as the Director of Benefits Administration and served in this position for ten years. Darlene then moved on to become the VP of Client Services for five years. Darlene's most recent role at Axion RMS, Ltd. was as the VP of The Leading Edge Administration & Principal.

Since 2016, Darlene has been working as an Independent Contractor for multiple employers.

Darlene Czaja pursued their education at The Wharton School from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they completed their GBA/CEBS degree with a specialization in group benefits.
