Dominique Astier has been serving as the Executive Vice President of the Operator Division and Business Development at AXIONE since July 2003. Prior to that, Dominique was the Head of Operations for Smart City Services at Bouygues Energies et Services from March 2012 to December 2015. Dominique obtained their education from Télécom Paris from 1989 to 1991.
