Anurag Banerjee

Anurag Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anurag began their career as a Customer Relations Administrator at Packt Publishing, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and trade clients. Anurag also handled anti-piracy activities. After that, they worked as a Project Coordinator and then as a Commissioning Selection Executive, where they evaluated and validated book/video proposals for publication.

In 2012, Anurag joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Team Member - Information Processing Specialist. Anurag worked in this role for several months before transitioning to the role of Project Manager - Publishing at Packt Publishing. In this role, they were responsible for project planning and monitoring, team management, and implementing editorial and publication workflow strategies.

Anurag's next role was as an Acquisition Manager at Packt Publishing. In this position, they oversaw the recruitment and engagement of authors for digital, print media, and video products. Anurag also played a key role in refining the overall publishing strategy based on market analysis and customer needs.

In 2017, Anurag joined Axioned as a Project Manager, where they developed and delivered a project management program for the team. Anurag set realistic goals and strategies for achieving them. Later on, they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer at Axioned, where they continue to work.
