Lily Lancaster

Lily Lancaster has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Lily started their career as an intern at Us Weekly Magazine and TV Guide Online in 2011. In 2012, they worked as an intern at Platform Media Group and also served as a Student Paraprofessional at USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism - Alumni Relations.

From 2013 to 2019, Lily worked at POLITICO, where they held various roles including Business Development Associate, Senior Business Development Associate, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Director of New Business. Lily played a key role in expanding POLITICO Pro's subscriber base by meeting with C-suite executives from influential corporations, health systems, associations, foundations, universities, and consulting firms.

In 2020, Lily joined Salesforce as an Account Executive, focusing on making clients successful on Salesforce and related CRM applications. Their goal was to help customers grow their business and increase revenue through a strong partnership with the Salesforce team.

Currently, Lily is employed at Axios HQ, where they are the Director of Business Development. Lily joined the company in 2021 and has recently been promoted to the role of Senior Director, Sales Team Lead in 2023.

Lily Lancaster attended the University of Southern California from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued their degree in Communication and Journalism at the Annenberg School. In 2011, they participated in a semester abroad program at the University of Amsterdam, where they focused on their field of study, but did not earn a degree.
