Jessie Mallory

Jessie Mallory has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Jessie is currently working at Axios as an Associate Director of Engineering Operations, where they collaborate with the CTO and Engineering VP to make strategic decisions for the engineering and product organization. Jessie is responsible for establishing the Engineering Operations function to improve effectiveness and productivity. Prior to Axios, Jessie worked at Nuix for several years in different roles including Senior Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master. At Nuix, they also served as a Security & Intelligence Project Manager and OEM Partner Integrations Project Manager. Before that, Jessie worked at PMI Delaware Valley Chapter as the Director of Membership Services and at the Society for Technical Communication as the Community Affairs Committee Chair and a Director on the STC Board. Jessie began their career at Oracle as a Technical Writer and Translation Coordinator.

Jessie Mallory obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Professional and Technical Writing and Spanish from Saginaw Valley State University, spanning from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Jessie has acquired various certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc., ICP-ACC Agile Coaching from ICAgile, ICP-ATF (Agile Team Facilitation) from ICAgile, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, Certified Associate in Project Management from Project Management Institute, Pragmatic Marketing Foundations and Focus from Pragmatic Marketing, and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching.
