Megan Morrone

Megan Morrone serves as the Technology Editor at Axios, beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Megan worked as a Reporter/Editor at Morning Brew, where responsibilities included editing HR Brew and reporting for IT Brew. As a Senior Editor at Protocol from June 2021 to November 2022, Megan launched the Workplace vertical, focusing on remote work, DEI, labor, and management issues while managing a team of six reporters. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Editor for Technology at Medium, where Megan led Debugger, a gadget and consumer technology publication, and producing popular podcasts at TWiT LLC. Megan's career commenced at Microsoft, where responsibilities included editing and managing web content related to security and privacy. Additional experience includes roles at TWiT.tv, Peachpit Press, and TechTV. Educational background includes a BA in Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University.
