Sandra de Sousa

Sandra De Sousa has extensive experience in payroll management and accounting. Sandra began their career as a Payroll Specialist / Staff Accountant at Mendonca & Partners CPAs LLC in 2010, where they managed payroll for multiple clients and handled accounts payable and receivable. Sandra also implemented new clients with payroll systems such as ADP and Paychex. In 2014, they joined Meadowlands Hospital and Medical Center as a Payroll Manager, where they managed biweekly payroll for a large employee base and ensured compliance with government taxing authorities. In 2016, Sandra joined Century 21 Stores as a Payroll Supervisor and later became the Payroll Manager. Sandra was responsible for payroll operations, including distributing payrolls, preparing payroll reports, and managing deductions. Currently, Sandra works as the Associate Director of Payroll at Axios, where they assumed the role in 2020.

Sandra De Sousa earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Kean University, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ from 2009 to 2015.
