Stefania Tomich

Stefania Tomich is an experienced People Operations Generalist currently working at Axios since November 2021, having previously held the title of People Operations Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Business Analyst Intern at The Five Network, where individualized data was compiled for annual impact reports sent to over 200 partners, and communication initiatives were led through mass messaging. Stefania has also contributed to the Foundation for Financial Education as a Communications + Research Intern, achieving significant increases in social media engagement, and worked as a Hostess at American Prime, delivering exceptional customer service. Early career experiences include internships at ASID Washington Metro Chapter, where event planning and data organization were key contributions, and volunteering with Projects Abroad, aiding in the integration of refugees. Stefania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Penn State University and the University of Virginia.
