Adam Novak

Adam Novak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam started their career as a Cashier at Walmart in March 2015 and subsequently worked as a Customer Service Manager, CAP Team Supervisor, Human Resources Training Coordinator, and Assistant Store Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to Amare Medical Network as a Corporate Recruiter and later became a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In 2021, they joined Main Line Health as a Recruiting Partner through Xelerate, LLC. Currently, Adam is working as a Technical Recruiter at IAM Robotics since May 2023. Their experience includes recruitment, talent acquisition, and leadership roles in both retail and healthcare sectors.

Adam Novak attended PennWest California, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing. Adam completed their studies at the institution in 2017.
