Julio Prado

Julio Prado has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the animal health and veterinary industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Veterinary Technician at the Knoxville Pet Emergency Clinic and then moved on to work as a Veterinary Technician at Countryside Veterinary Services in 2006. In 2007, they joined East Tennessee Clinical Research, Inc. where they served as the Director of Animal Care, IACUC Chair, and Clinical Trials Veterinarian until 2016. In 2017, they became the Gerente General for America Latina at MULTIMIN USA, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Commercial Director for Latin America at Axiota Animal Health, starting in 2021.

Julio Prado obtained their first degree, a DVM Equivalent in Veterinary Medicine, from Universidad del Zulia, a university they attended from 1996 to 2003. Julio continued their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Animal Physiology from 2011 to 2016.
