Michael Straza

Michael Straza is a seasoned business consultant and real estate broker with extensive experience in driving strategic growth for various organizations. Currently serving as a business consultant at Straza Consulting since 2012, Straza focuses on helping corporate leaders and business owners enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, Straza has been a land development, multifamily, and industrial real estate broker with AXIS 360 Commercial Real Estate Specialists since March 2025 and previously held a similar role at NAI Central Illinois. As the COO and co-founder of Zenpost, a SaaS content marketing agency, and Presto Media, a content creation solutions provider, Straza has played a crucial role in shaping and managing operations. Past leadership positions include operations director at Primus Trauma Care, LLC, and Prairie Emergency Group, as well as interim executive director at Immanuel Health Center. Straza holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Illinois State University.
