Tahlia Baumann

Tahlia Baumann is a psychologist currently employed at AXIS Rehabilitation at Work since February 2022, focusing on interventions that enhance health and social participation for individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions. Previously, Tahlia served as an AOD counsellor at Biala City Community Health Centre, providing assessment and tele-counselling services for substance use challenges. Tahlia has also worked in academic roles as a tutor at The University of Queensland, and as a provisional psychologist at Brisbane Pain Rehabilitation Service and Queensland Rehabilitation Specialists, conducting therapeutic interventions and biopsychosocial assessments. Tahlia gained experience in early career positions that included behavior therapy and research assistance in psychology. Tahlia holds a Master's degree in Health Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychological Science (Honours) from The University of Queensland, along with a brief educational experience at Maastricht University.
