Andrey Chernov

Andrey Chernov has extensive experience in technical and sales engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Global Sales Engineers at Axis Communications since October 2013. Previous roles at Axis include Team Lead, Global Sales Engineer, Technical Services Specialist, and Senior Technical Services Engineer, focusing on customer services within EMEA. Prior to that, Andrey held the position of Public Relationship Specialist at Vimpelcom, where conflict resolution and negotiations were key during the deployment of a backbone fiber network. An early career included work as an Installation Engineer at AlpromSK, specializing in electrical and control systems for residential heating. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Halmstad University and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Technology from Southern Federal University.
