Anton Frost

Anton Frost, né Friberg, is a Senior Data Platform Engineer at Axis Communications since October 2016, specializing in developing and maintaining data pipelines, databases, and distributed computing environments to support product and service development. In addition to engineering work, Anton has served as a Master Thesis Supervisor, guiding multiple students through their research processes. Notably, Anton's thesis evaluations include the practical use of ClickHouse for IoT telemetry data analysis and the critical importance of network fault detection in modern software systems. Early career experience includes roles as a Client Attraction Consultant and Brand Ambassador at Academic Work Sweden, focusing on recruitment in engineering and IT, as well as a summer position at Anoto, where Anton implemented a Python framework for smart pen communication. Anton earned a Master’s Degree in Engineering Physics from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
