Sofia Eriksson

Sofia Eriksson has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Hästskötare at Lövsta Stuteri, where they were responsible for high-performance competition horses. Sofia then worked at Uppsalahem AB as a Kvartersvärd and Rekryterare, managing customer relations and recruitment processes. In 2013, they were a Staffing Service Assistant at Academic Work, handling staffing needs and data analysis. Sofia later joined Axis Communications, first as an HR Coordinator and then as Team Lead - HR Helpdesk. Sofia also worked briefly as a Konsultchef at Storesupport and as a member of the arrangemangsgruppen at Uppsala Universitets Personalvetarförening, organizing events and managing collaborations. Overall, Sofia has gained experience in HR, customer relations, recruitment, and event planning throughout their career.

Sofia Eriksson completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Uppsala University in 2014. Sofia also briefly studied Marketing and Organization during their time at the university. Additionally, they have taken coursework in Social Psychology at Uppsala University.
