Thomas T.

Thomas T.'s work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Thomas started their career in 1991 as a Procurement Manager at Infotec Development Inc., where they negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and managed contractual relationships.

In 1995, they joined Fidelity Investments and worked as a Technical Specialist, supporting the loading of budget and actual data. Thomas was later promoted to End User Support Manager, where they supervised a team of technicians and performed analysis and upgrades to mitigate risk. From 2001 to 2006, Thomas held the position of Director, Risk Management at Fidelity Investments, where they were responsible for translating regulatory, security, and risk requirements into actionable plans and objectives. Thomas also played a key role in implementing policies regarding risk and controls processes.

In 2006, they joined Fidelity e-Business/Fidelity Investments as a Director, Risk Management, where they defined strategic controls and implemented solutions to risk-related issues. Thomas designed and deployed a tool to track the status of risk issues and provided senior management with executive dashboard functionality for overall risk status.

In 2010, Thomas worked briefly as a Principal Consultant at IANS before joining Axis Communications. At Axis Communications, they held various roles including Technical Services Coordinator, Senior Channel Coordinator - Project Pricing, Team Lead - Project Pricing, and finally Manager - Project Pricing. In these roles, they evaluated and processed project pricing requests, assisted with monthly POS reports, and acted as the key contact for pricing matters with Axis Channel Partners and employees. Thomas also managed the project pricing team. Thomas worked at Axis Communications until June 2021.

Thomas T. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 1995. Prior to that, they received a BS degree in Business Administration from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics between 1979 and 1982. In addition, they hold an Axis Certified Professional certification which was obtained in 2012.
