At Axis Auto Finance, a company specializing in non-standard auto financing for Canadians, Santiago has held roles progressing from Sr. Collections Specialist to Collections Supervisor, demonstrating a commitment to building strong relationships with dealer partners. Prior to this, Santiago worked at Altisource Business Solutions Private Limited from March 2004 to July 2018, where responsibilities included Assistant Manager Collections and Team Leader Collections for American Express accounts.
